Does it call 911 or a monitoring center?
No. It sounds an alarm at home and notifies the phones linked in the free app. It is not connected to 911 or any monitoring service.
Does it detect falls automatically?
No – the button must be pressed by the person wearing it.
Do I get alerts when I'm away from home?
Yes, as long as the hub is plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi and your phone has internet.
Does the button work outside the house?
No. The buttons must be within range of the hub – about 50–100 ft indoors depending on walls. For larger homes, add a second kit (and save 15%).
What Wi-Fi do I need?
A 2.4GHz network. 5GHz-only networks are not supported.
How long do the batteries last?
The buttons use a CR2032 coin battery that lasts 6+ months and is easy to replace.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–15 business days, with tracking. We can't deliver to PO Boxes.
